Christmas at this hotel was a delightful experience. The staff went out of their way to make it special, with festive decorations and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional, with a delicious Christmas dinner that was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The location was perfect, with picturesque surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the comfortable rooms, with cozy beds and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay.
There were no major downsides to our Christmas stay, but it would have been nice to have more holiday activities or entertainment available. some of the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during busy meal times, leading to longer wait times.

We had an amazing stay at Ffarm Country House Guest House in North Wales for my wife's 40th birthday. The location was idyllic and the pictures don't do it justice. The owners, Stuart and Susan, were incredibly accommodating and the breakfast and evening meals were outstanding. The room was spacious and comfortable with a luxurious bath. The customer service was exceptional, and they even provided everything we needed for our baby.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel was run by a lovely couple who provided excellent care and attention to detail. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with vegetarian options available. The location in a quiet village setting was perfect for a relaxing holiday.
Some of the rooms had limited space for suitcases, so it would be wise to book a more spacious room for a longer stay. The property did not have a lift, which could be inconvenient for guests with mobility issues.
